DoubleTree by Hilton Hot Springs

We've stayed twice at this hotel and each time it's been a great experience. Very clean and well kept. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful with any requests. Great location, close to downtown but just far enough away. Sits right next to the lake. Best beds we've had at a hotel in a very long time.

My stay at the Double Tree in Hot Springs was smoother than I could have hoped for! I arrived late at night after a long road trip, but the supervisor, Matt, made my check-in process quick and informative. He pointed out key details about the hotel and even assisted me on my Uber Eats order pick up. I’m very glad I chose to stay here!

Stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hot Springs this past week for a business trip, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, equipped with all necessary amenities, and the view from my room was breathtaking. The service by the entire staff was outstanding. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly, helpful, and willing to answer any questions I had. Thank you for making this business trip a success and hope to be a future customer. I also want to give a shoutout to Ariel, Brenda, and Marie for their hospitality and going above and beyond this past week. Five Stars and will recommend to all.

This place is pretty decent. The only issue I had so far is there's an employee that parts his red truck right in front of the walkway every single night. Meaning I now have to walk on the grass or trip over the curb. It's crazy that management but that their employees do this.

I stay in very similar hotels for work constantly. They ALWAYS miss the mark in some form or fashion. I find most Hilton properties to to be very tired or rundown completely. This property is an exception. Everything seems new and incredibly clean. My room was cleaned each day and the staff were beyond pleasant. My only criticism is that there isn’t a kiosk for complimentary coffee and tea in the morning. You have to sit in the restaurant area and order, which isn’t ideal when in a rush. Otherwise, a fantastic stay!

We've stayed here many times.. The rooms are nice and clean. We use the EV charger to charge my BMW iX overnight. The views are beautiful and it feels very safe. The staff are always nice. It's a great place to stop into and get a good night's sleep. Also, very way to hook up my FireTV stick from Amazon to watch TV. The rooms are smaller but still very decent

Our stay at the DoubleTree Hot Springs was exceptionally nice. It is located a few miles from the National Park and had virtually no traffic issues but still close enough to enjoy the NPS. The rooms and the bathroom were spotless and good sized. The highlight of this hotel though is the staff! Housekeeping kept the room fresh and clean and the front desk staff were more than accommodating. Extremely dog and people friendly. Dottie gave it 2 paws up. I would highly recommend a stay!!

Living a couple hours away, we enjoy going to Hot Springs for short get aways. I've stayed at a few hotels there but The Double Tree is my favorite. I've booked through them directly & third party through my credit card travel portal. On each of the 3 stays, our check-in was pleasant, fast, easy & followed up with a yummy warm cookie. The rooms are very clean, modern & comfortable. I don't mind that a bland, free breakfast some of the others offer is not included. I prefer a fresh, clean room with a comfy bed, a fridge & microwave in a safe, convenient area. This location offers all of that plus a nice view of the lake. I'm looking forward to my stay there next month.
